" This four bedroom semi detached family home is situated in an elevated position with far reaching views. The property has been extensively remodelled and renovated by the current owners and provides practical yet versatile accommodation. Approached by steps to the front door, opening directly into an inner hallway with doors to all rooms and stairs to the first floor. The sitting room opens onto a large conservatory complemented with a wood burning stove. This room in turn links into a study area leading trough into a beautifully fitted kitchen with a range of Oak units under an expanse of work surfaces, there is also a large utility room providing space for further appliances. The flow of these rooms provides a wonderful area for family living and entertaining. A separate reception at the front of the property, currently being used as a bedroom but could be a formal dining room. The first floor is of equal merit providing four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has french doors leading to a decked area with steps to the garden.

Situation
The property is situated on the west side of Haslemere occupying a prime position and is convenient for the shops at Weyhill and Herons leisure centre. Haslemere, about 1.5 miles distant, is situated on the border between Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire and is well placed for access to London either via the A3 London to Portsmouth road or via the main line station to London Waterloo which is approximately 1 mile from the property. The town centre offers a wide range of shopping including Waitrose, sporting and leisure facilities and the area is renowned for its beautiful countryside which includes many walks and bridleways, as well as vast areas of land in the ownership of the National Trust. Other facilities in the area include sailing on the South Coast, golf courses at Liphook and Hindhead, together with racing at Goodwood and theatres at Guildford and Chichester.
