" Heathers is a luxurious detached five bedroom, mid 20th century, tile hung house set in glorious countryside and yet with easy access to the historic market town of Haslemere. The property is well presented and in excellent decorative order. From the hall there is access to the main reception rooms, the drawing room is double aspect with double doors leading to the sun room as there are from the study and the sitting room. A feature is the great kitchen/breakfast room with painted units with beech work tops and an adjoining utility room. At first floor level the bright landing leads to the 5 bedrooms and the 2 bath/shower rooms, one of which is en-suite.

Situation
Heathers is located in Hindhead, a friendly village on the Surrey, Hampshire border on the northern edge of the South Downs, and at the heart of over a thousand acres of National Trust parkland. The Golden Valley, the Devil's Punchbowl, Frensham Ponds, the Bourne and Tilford Woods, and the Devil's jump are just a few of the areas of outstanding natural beauty on your doorstep. The A3 is near at hand and Haslemere train station runs a fast train to London Waterloo in under an hour.
