" A substantial family home located on this prime residential road on the rural fringes of the much requested and vibrant village of Grayshott.

Although this property would benefit from modernisation and updating it provides bright, airy and flexible accommodation that comprises: A grand and imposing hallway that gives access to, a spacious sitting room, separate dining room, kitchen/ breakfast room, utility room and cloakroom.
