In this pleasant cul-de-sac closely located to the popular village of Virginia Water is this three bedroom detached house in excellent decorative condition. The house is within walking distance of the restaurants, shops, bus route and mainline railway station (London Waterloo approx 45 mins) with the M25, M3 and M4 also being close by as is Heathrow which is approximately 15 minutes drive. Virginia Water Lake is at the end of Christchurch Road and Wentworth Golf Club and Leisure Centre is under two miles away. There is shopping at Staines, Guildford and Windsor.

This modern house has been occupied for over 10 years and has been a much loved home. It boasts high ceilings and excellent decoration both inside and outside.
