" A great purchase for either the growing family, looking to be in a semi rural spot, or alternatively for the downsizer requiring an easily maintained home in a lovely quiet location. Tucked away in a private cul de sac which is just a short walk of open countryside, yet within an easy drive of all the amenities that East Horsley village has to offer, including the railway station with a journey time of approximately 50 minutes into London Waterloo. Our clients have improved and maintained the home to a good standard, which gives well planned living accommodation as well as 3 double bedrooms. The main living room which overlooks the front garden has wood block flooring. The dining room which can comfortably seat 6 - 8 people for those formal occasions, opens into the triple aspect conservatory which has double doors on to the patio, as well as giving lovely views over the rear garden. The kitchen/breakfast room, with its tiled floor, has plenty of storage in the eye and base level units plus space for an American style fridge/freezer, plumbing for dishwasher and space for a gas range. A useful utility area has plumbing for washing machine and space for fridge/freezer and extra storage. Beyond this is a wet room, being fully tiled with separate sink and WC and a study area for the homeworker. The 3 bedrooms are all doubles with the main bedroom overlooking the rear garden and having wardrobes. The modern family bathroom, has a fully tiled floor, heated towel rail, and bath with an Aqualisa shower over.

To the front a driveway provides parking for up to 4 cars, and access to the single timber built garage (currently used as gym by our clients) which has an up and over door and power and light. The rear garden which as well as being very private and a south westerly aspect and is predominantly lawned. For those who enjoy entertaining outside, a rear terrace is perfect for summer barbeques and for the keen gardeners there are borders to tend, containing a variety of plants and shrubs. "
