" The contemporarily designed interior of this detached home will appeal to many. The whole house is presented to a high standard and all the rooms have been modernised in recent years. Reception room wise, there are 2 principal rooms - a lounge and separate dinng room, both of impressive proportions and both overlooking the rear garden. However there is also a further downstairs room that has a multitude of uses perhaps as a study, 5th bedroom/guest room or teenagers/older persons room by virtue of the modern en-suite shower-room off it. The kitchen/dining room is a lovely area of the house - both sizeable enough for a proper dining table and fitted with a modern range of white gloss units and integral appliances including electic halogen hob and double oven. There are spaces for dishwasher, washing machine & fridge/freezer. Also downstairs is a modern fitted cloakroom.
