" Sitting in a quiet and tucked away gated development with beautifully maintained communal gardens, this is a very nicely presented first floor two double bedroom apartment which comes with its own undercover allocated parking space. The flat is very nicely positioned on the westerly side of the block which means that it takes full advantage of the afternoon and evening sun and as a whole is a very light and airy flat. The current owners have beautifully maintained the property resulting in a flat that is also extremely easy for an incoming buyer to move into. All of the accommodation leads from a nicely proportioned entrance hall with a very large storage cupboard and laminate wood flooring which immediately creates a feeling of light and space while the sitting/dining room is a particularly attractive main living space which is flooded with sunlight all through the afternoon and evening. The kitchen is very well fitted out with a comprehensive range of modern units and a number of integrated appliances that include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
