" NO CHAIN - A 1950s detached four double bedroom extended Crouch built home located in a cul-de-sac within the ever popular Lovelace area of Pyrford.

Home to the owners since 1972 and having been extended in the mid-1970s the accommodation is ideal for a growingestablished family. Benefiting from the front and rear gardens there is parking on the driveway and access to the integral garage with a side pathsecure gate leading through to the rear garden. The garden is mostly laid to lawn and extends in excess of 70ft and has mature planted borders all offering good degrees of privacy.

The property is fully double glazed and central heated and comes with the benefit of a utility room and a downstairs WC.
