" Some of the reasons our clients bought this property include the fact it feels more like living in house than a flat with its own front door and split-level features, it was really big and so different to everything else they were looking at at the time, it offered loads of storage space and there were no set service charges/ground rent. Since moving in they found the neighbours have been really nice and access to town, station and sports centre can hardly be bettered. We think you will similarly enjoy all these features, and more beside.

The Victorian building was converted into 3 spacious apartments around 2007. Clearly it was done with considerable thought and no little expense to create extremely comfortable, practical and very well presented accommodation. A rather grand looking front door leads to your own entrance hall with plenty of space for coat and shoe storage. A staircase with low voltage LED sensor lighting rises to the first floor. Here can be found the second double bedroom which rooms enjoys an en-suite shower-room with recently re-tiled cubicle and modern wc & hand basin. Upstairs, with further blue LED sensor lighting, to the second floor landing, off which is a really useful utility cupboard with plumbing for the washing machine and the Keston gas boiler. The sitting room, being open-plan with the kitchen is a great social area for chatting, cooking, keeping an eye on the kids etc. There is a deep recessed area, perfect for all manner of storage. The kitchen includes cream units, deep woodblock work surfaces with inset 5 ring gas hob and chrome/glass extractor over, fitted dishwasher, fridge & freezer. Solid wood flooring across the lounge/kitchen area. The master bedroom is a lovely relaxing room. Fitted with 3 double wardrobes with wood fronts. The en-suite is rather special here, with his 'n' hers twin basins, a large bath and a separate shower cubicle. There is also a further wc and hand basin off the landing.

Heating is via a gas system to radiators and the windows are double glazed. "
