" From either front or rear aspect one could be forgiven for thinking that this is a small bungalow - however this couldn't be further from the truth. The internal accommodation is very well proportioned indeed and ideal for either growing families or those downsizing alike. Indeed it is easy to forget that it is a bungalow given the modern style in which it has been decorated and finished. Walk down the long entrance hall and into the sitting/dining room and the first thing that strikes you will be great ingress of light, via the full width glazed patio doors and sidelights, that really makes sitting here feel as though you're in the the garden too. This is a stunning room and a real feature, with its laminate flooring, single step split-level effect and recessed downlighters. The lovely kitchen was refitted in April 2011 and very smartly done, with cream eye and base units, and matt finished granite work-tops and breakfast bar, complemented by a slate floor. Integral appliances include a 4 burner AEG gas hob with electric oven and extractor canopy, and AEG dishwasher. There is space behind a cupboard door for your washing machine and tumble dryer. All three bedrooms are of a decent size and would afford a double bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have built in double wardrobes (and bookshelves in bed 3). The bathroom has a modern white suite and features a useful twin basin arrangement. There is a wc in the bathroom as well as a separate wc & basin. The loft space is boarded and there may be scope to create a room up here, subject to building regs etc. The heating is via a gas fired system to radiators and the windows are double glazed.

It should be noted that this house is within an active neighbourhood watch scheme. "
