" Victorian terraced cottages continue to hold great appeal, and this superb example will prove no different. Sensitively and carefully updated over the last few years, whilst retaining a great deal of its original charm and character. None of the rooms have been compromised in terms of size. Off a long entrance hall with staircase is a front aspect sitting room with a gorgeous Victorian fireplace and slate tiled hearth and sash bay window. The separate dining room also enjoys a lovely fireplace, and also has sash windows. The kitchen has been refitted with a comprehensive range of cream fronted units and wood effect work-surfaces, whilst integral appliances include a 4-burner gas hob, chrome filter hood, double oven, fridge and freezer, there is space for a dishwasher. A door leads to a very useful utility/storage area with plumbing for washing machine and a double glazed patio door to the rear.

Upstairs, off the landing are two large double bedrooms, the master spanning the full width of the property and again with a very attractive fireplace. Similarly, the second bedroom, with a further fireplace, again is a very good double size. The bathroom also is exceptional and would originally have been the third bedroom. Fitted with a white suite incorporating a corner shaped bath with separate overhead shower unit.

Most of the windows are original sashes. Heating is via a gas radiator system. "
