The sun room has double opening doors leading to the side patio and rear garden. Another side door opens to a passage leading to the double storey new part of the house. At the base of the stairs there is an entrance leading to the family/media room and subsequently, through the French doors to the patio overlooking the back garden. This room could also be used as the 5th double bedroom as it has storage space under stairs and opposite a separate continental style wet-room with a power shower, WC and washbasin. In all, the ground floor is very spacious and could be opened out to provide a large open plan living area or alternatively, parts of the house could be separated. If desired, in particular the new part of the house with its separate second staircase could be used as an annexe with the garden/family room serving as the living room.

On the first floor there are 4 good sized double bedrooms. The master has a dressing room and a luxurious en-suite with a power shower over the bath. The 2nd bedroom is also a good size with a large oriel window looking to the front and a lot of built in storage.
