" Whilst it would be true to say that this house is ripe for the incoming buyer to put their own stamp upon it by virtue of a new kitchen, bathroom, carpets and d?cor etc, there is no doubt that it offers extremely good sized accommodation indeed. A very decent sized entrance hall with a built in storage cupboard gives access to the sitting room and separate dining room. The sitting room is a large open plan through room originally, the lounge/dining room before it was extended. There is a gas fire in the sitting area and double glazed aluminium sliding patio doors to the garden. Off the separate dining room is a lobby, ideal for hanging coats etc, a downstairs WC and a large built in storage cupboard. Beyond the dining room is the kitchen which is currently fitted with rather old and dated units and would be an ideal modernisation opportunity. Upstairs via a turning staircase to the landing and three really good sized bedrooms, all of which would more than comfortably accommodate a double bed. There is a bathroom which again offers definite improvement potential. To the rear is a garden of about 50ft, mainly lawned with mature shrub borders and a large oak tree. "
