" Traditionally constructed with solid floors to give good sound insulation, the houses on Fairlawn Park are renowned throughout the area for the quality of their build. On the ground floor, the property enjoys three excellent and individual reception rooms including a living room with a gas coal effect fire and marble surround and sliding double glazed patio doors to the rear garden. The other two lend themselves obviously, to a dining room and study. The kitchen/breakfast room is just been the subject of a comprehensive refurbishment project so everything here is new, from the great range of white fronted units (including an eye level section with a motorised pull-out and drop down section allowing easy access to the top cupboards). Further appliances include a 4 burner gas hob & separate eye-level double oven, a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. An attractive feature is the ceramic small-tiled breakfast bar, designed in a style to match the wall tiles. There is a separate utility room with space for the usual appliances. The original cloakroom has just been enlarged via a new double width showeer cubicle, with tiles to match the kitchen.

Upstairs, 4 of the 5 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the fifth bedroom is currently set up as a study with eye and base level solid and glazed fronted cupboards. The master bedroom, a lovely size, features its own en-suite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle with Aqualisa power shower. The family bathroom also has an additional shower cubicle.

The property is heated via a gas central heating to radiator system and the windows are all double glazed. "
