Well presented mid terraced house in a quiet residential development located within a three mile radius of Woking Town Centre. The property has 2 allocated parking spaces and is a short walk from local amenities.

From our Woking office, take the A320 Victoria Way towards the M3. Bear right at the traffic lights signposted Aldershot & M3, joining the A324 Lockfield Drive. At the first roundabout take the second exit, continuing on the A324. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Amstel Way (still A324) and at the next roundabout take the first exit onto Hermigage Road. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Brookwood Lye Road (still A324). Turn right at crossroads onto Bagshot Road, A322. Turn right just before Sainsbury`s supermarket onto Redding Way. Turn right at the roundabout (3rd exit) which brings you onto Percheron Drive.
