" Clinton Close is a quiet cul de sac setting within walking distance of Knaphill village. The bungalow sits at the far end of the cul de sac and is therefore extremely quiet and peaceful and, as with all bungalows, has a certain degree of flexibility to the way in which the accommodation can be used. Once inside all of the rooms lead from a nicely proportioned reception hall which immediately creates a feeling of light which in fact runs through the bungalow as a whole. The sitting room is a very comfortably proportioned room with a central ornamental fireplace which creates a very attractive focal point to the room. On the back of the house, the kitchen is fitted out with a range of units and has a breakfast room adjacent to it as well as a door that leads out onto the rear garden. The main bedroom is a very comfortable light and airy double and again is on the back of the house overlooking the garden while the second bedroom on the front is also a double and could equally well be used as a study if preferred. The rear garden is undoubtedly part of the pleasure of the property not only as it is exceptional in terms of its size but also as it takes full advantage of its westerly aspect to catch the sun through the afternoon and into the evening. The garden is principally lawned and extremely well enclosed on all sides by timber fencing. Within easy reach of the house is Knaphill village centre with its comprehensive selection of shops and restaurants while in the other direction, the property is also close to St Johns village. For those times when you have need of something more comprehensive, Woking town centre is today a busy and cosmopolitan town thanks to huge recent investment and has a wide and eclectic array of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the New Victoria theatre and the multi screen cinema in the Peacocks centre. Woking also has what is widely regarded as one of the very best commuting stations in the south east and also has an excellent coach service that runs to Heathrow airport. In short this is a very attractive and versatile home in a hugely convenient and peaceful setting. "
