" Cobbles are delighted to bring to market this spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached home.Upon entering the property is an open hallway with all rooms leading from it. To the left is a large sitting room with a lovely bay window and gas fireplace. Next to this is an extended dining room with patio doors leading into a long, well maintained and not overlooked garden. The kitchen has also been extended to provide lots of space for keen cooks. Also from the hallway is a downstairs toilet.Upstairs are two fantastic sized double bedroom, both with built in storage and the main bedroom has the same wonderful bay window as the living room. There is a third bedroom that is a big single. The family bathroom is in an 'L' shape with lots of space and an airing cupboard just outside it.The loft for the house has been fully boarded and was used as a hobby room by the previous owners.
