" This stunning town house is located in the very popular Queen Elizabeth Park development offering superb accommodation over three floors with three great sized double bedrooms, spacious living and dining areas with a garage and car port to the rear. We are very pleased to bring this home to the market, and would highly suggest booking a viewing.

On entering the house there is a wide open hallway with doors leading to a study, which could also be used as a snug, playroom or fourth bedroom, a downstairs toilet and lots of under stairs storage. There is also a door leading into a beautifully presented kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has built in appliances and has been kept in immaculate condition; there is space for a large dining table over looking the garden. Leading off the kitchen is also a conservatory that adds a great extra space and makes the kitchen really bright.

From the conservatory there are doors leading onto the garden, which is two tiered. At the top is patio and the lower tier is also patio and lawn with a door into the garage and access to a private car-port.

On the first floor of the house is a lovely sitting room with double doors leading onto a balcony that gets the sun all day. Also on this floor there is a family bathroom and a very large double bedroom, which could very easily be divided to make two bedrooms as some of the neighbors have done.
