DETAILS This 3 bedroom semi detached house is very conveniently situated for easy access to the town and mainline station and offers potential to enlarge, subject to planning. There are 3 bedrooms, on the first floor, that are all of good size and can all accommodate a double bed. The bathroom features a white suite with tiled walls and has a wall mounted electric shower over the bath. The property is heated by gas central heating system to radiators and is double glazed in UPVC units. The main reception room is a cosy room facing the front and features a wall mounted gas fire with a back boiler for the hot water and radiators.
