" Sitting in a central and highly convenient location within just a short walk of Guildford's historic cobbled High Street this is a delightful period cottage of immense character that has been much loved and cared for by our clients. Towards the rear of the property there is a bright dining room, again with exposed floorboards that leads into a well fitted kitchen with a full range of appliances. On the lower ground floor there is a very useful converted basement and on the top floor there are 2 very attractive double bedrooms both with their original cast iron fireplaces and one with a newly installed ensuite bathroom.
