" Set on the first floor of West Mount, a mid-70's built development of purpose-built apartments where the residents own the freehold and is surrounded by beautiful well cared for communal grounds. Internally the property itself is very well presented and one would have little or nothing to do to this flat on moving in. We think one of the features is the lightness of accommodation via large double glazed picture windows All the rooms are well proportioned, none more so than the sitting/dining room with its wooden laminate flooring and plenty of space for both dining table and chairs and sofas etc. Sliding patio doors give access to the wide south facing balcony which is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The kitchen has a modern fresh feel with the gloss white doors having been recently replaced. There are spaces for dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker and fridge/freezer. Both bedrooms are excellent double rooms, the second providing a great view over the town. The bathroom is fitted with a modern white suite with ceramic tiled flooring. The property is heated by a gas system to radiators.

Outside, extremely well maintained communal gardens surround the property and there is certainly space here to sit out. There is also a garage in a block. Parking spaces are provided and there is a car washing area. Share of Freehold supported by a lease that runs for 120 years from the 1st January 2005.
