Perfectly situated within moments of Guildford High Street and mainline train station. Internally, the flat is well laid out with a flow from the living area to the bedrooms down a long corridor. The kitchen is big enough to have a small table and is fairly modernised with integrated dishwasher, under counter larder fridge, washing machine and gas hob with electric oven.
