" Located in a corner position and away from through traffic, a well-appointed detached family home with part tiled elevations and a generous southerly facing garden.

Notable detail is the kitchen and adjoining dining area, which provides a triple aspect and an ideal space for family living, the adjoining sitting room with French doors to the rear garden and a study,

Whilst the house was original built as a four bedroom house, the current owners have taken down an internal stud wall to create a larger main bedroom, so currently arranged as three rooms.
