" As soon as you arrive at this lovely home it is clear that the current owners have taken a great deal of time and trouble to bring this charming 1920โ€˜s home into the current century. They have gone to great trouble to retain the best of the character features such as oak mullion windows and multiple open fires with original surrounds whilst re-fitting the property with very desirable modern elements such as a very fine Alexander Lewis bespoke kitchenbreakfast room.
The accommodation is laid out over three floors so and works very well for family life with plenty options for everyone to fine their own โ€˜space. The master bedroom is also very impressive with doors out from both the bedroom and bathroom onto a large balcony that has distant southerly views over the garden and trees beyond.
A great deal of thought and planning has also gone into the rear garden where the full width BBQ terrace has steps down onto the lawns and pathways leading to the fish pond with waterfall. The remainder of the garden is planted with a great variety of mature specimen trees and shrubs providing excellent seclusion and privacy from neighbours.
