Camberley is located in north-west Surrey, on the border with Berkshire and Hampshire. The most famous local landmark is the Royal Military Academy of Sandhurst.

The town is centred around the High Street and The Mall indoor shopping centre. A large new indoor shopping centre, the Atrium, which opened in late 2008 includes a bowling and cinema complex as well as retail facilities. The area also contains a library, Arena sports complex, Museum and Theatre.

Camberley is located between the M3 motorway (accessed via junction 4 to the south) and the A30 and is ideally situated for travel to London and its neighboring airports. Camberley station offers peak time services to London Waterloo, otherwise change at Ascot or Ash Vale.

'Treetops' is one of only a handful of 3-storey multi-award-winning Huf houses in the UK and is a unique and truly stunning 5/6 bedroom property situated on one of Camberley's most prestigious tree-lined private roads - Crawley Drive.

Built on behalf of the current owners, this beautifully appointed and finished family home sits on a generous, gently sloping and therefore secluded plot measuring in excess of half an acre.

You approach the property through the elegant piers of the privately owned Crawley Drive and along the well-kept entrance road before being greeted on the right hand side with the clean, crisp and modern line of this glass and steel fronted property.

A beautiful example of this elegant, open and adaptable style of modern living, the property is high tech in amenities and construction, yet is uniquely elegant in design and aesthetically flawless in execution. Full height turn/tilt windows, weather reactive skylights, hidden automatic blinds and under floor target area heating create a warm a welcoming family home.

The characteristic Huf coloured front door opens up before you, welcoming you into the open, bright and generous hallway which in turn leads to the very large living area, currently arranged as dining, sitting, library and play areas. To the right is the fully-fitted 'Stilart' Gaggenau family kitchen and extensive Corian work top areas. Views out are provided by the signature floor to ceiling windows across the raised and decked patio area and to the gardens beyond.

Downstairs, there are two rooms currently laid out as bedrooms with stunning views over the wooded garden, a family bathroom which is beautifully appointed and a laundry/plant room which houses the main utilities for the house. In this room, the owners were careful to allow for extra electrical and plumbing connections for a laundry which provides extra capacity should it be needed in the future. Also on this floor are a family room with views to the rear of the property plus a store room and another room currently in use as a recording studio.

On the first floor, there is a galleried mezzanine, a further family bathroom, again with the high levels of finish which characterise Huf Haus properties. There are two further bedrooms, each with front aspects and balconies, one of which has access to the "Jack-and-Jill" en-suite shared with the master bedroom suite that spans the rear of the property again giving exceptional views to the wooded garden area and provides the house its name.

The property has a double garage with a children's play area behind and a spacious decked area to the side, also looking out on to the wooded rear garden.

The property currently has an open gateway onto the private road but the current owners have provided supplies to the gate opening should a future owner wish to install remotely-controlled access gates.

This property is truly exceptional and can only be fully appreciated during a property presentation by one of our Platinum collection Client Managers.
