" On arriving at the property, you will notice this home is an attractive double bay fronted design and also benefits from off road parking for two to three cars with a detached garage beyond. On entering, you have the immediate benefit of a large hallway, perfect for coat and shoe storage. This hallway also allows doorway access onto the living room, downstairs W.C, kitchen/dining room, downstairs office and staircase to access the first floor.

The living room benefits from double doors opening in to the garden which allow plenty of natural light into the room, there are other possible alterations which could be made depending on suitability. The current owners created the dining area to make a fantastic open plan space perfect for entertaining as well as catering for day to day living.

The kitchen is made up of a mixture of base and eye level units, roll edge worktops, plenty of space for white goods (including space for a dishwasher), laminate flooring and a separate utility room.
