" Offered to the market for the first time since new, is this immaculately presented, top floor penthouse apartment. The property, being just two years old, has been meticulously looked after and cared for by our clients during their ownership.

It is conveniently located within a modern, desirable development on the outskirts of Aldershot. Despite being on the outskirts of Aldershot, the town centre, and Mainline Station (London Waterloo 47 minutes) are just a short twenty-five-minute walk away (1.2 miles source: google maps). The property is also conveniently located for major road links with the A331 providing access to the M3, A31 and A3 being, just 1 mile (4 minutes) away.
