" This mid terrace property is situated in a residential part of Aldershot just 1.2 miles (source Google maps) to the A331 which gives access to Farnham, Guildford via the A31 (Hogโ€˜s back) and Junction 4 of the M3. In addition, the property is only a 1.2 mile walk (source Google maps) to Aldershot train station providing access to London Waterloo from only 47 minutes.

On entering the property via the UPVC front door you are immediately greeted with a small porch perfect for coat and shoe storage. There is a second door that leads you in to the property which then provides stairway access to the first floor, hallway through to the main reception space and kitchen. The lounge diner is an impressive 19โ€˜8" x 11โ€˜7" and is one of the main features of the house. The kitchen is accessed off the back of the main reception and again is a generous size. The kitchen comprises of a range of base and eye level units, roll top work surfaces, gas hob and plenty of room for white goods.
