" This bay fronted, terraced Victorian home is neatly positioned on a quiet no through road overlooking Aldershot‘s picturesque municipal gardens. The property itself is of a generous size (approximately 870 square feet) which would normally only be found on a three-bedroom home.

Arlington Terrace is conveniently located for access to a selection of superb local schools with Wellington Community Primary (OFSTED Outstanding) being just 0.4 miles away. The Talavera and St Michael‘s schools are again both OFSTED Outstanding and are just 0.7 miles and 1 mile away respectively. For children of secondary age, the popular All Hallows School, OFSTED Outstanding, is just 1.1 mile away. The property is perfectly positioned for access to both road (A331, A31, M3) and rail links. Aldershot Mainline Station is just a short four-minute stroll (source google maps, 0.2 miles) which gives direct access into the city with frequent trains into London Waterloo from just 47 minutes.
