This property has been home to the current owners for the past 18 years and offers good living space for any growing family. Features include coving, double glazing with tilt and turn windows to the bedrooms and gas central heating. The enclosed entrance porch for those wet shoes, boots and umbrellas leads into the reception hall where there is a coats cupboard and cloakroom. The double aspect sitting room has been fitted with a gas stove and set in a stone surround fireplace. Sliding double glazed doors take you into the conservatory where you can sit and enjoy the outlook over the delightful garden. The dining room too has sliding doors out onto the patio and is a good space for entertaining. The kitchen overlooking the rear garden has a good range of wood effect units, ample working surfaces with plenty of base and wall cupboards, drawers and appliance space. There is a dishwasher, oven, 4 ring gas hob and extractor, space for a freezer and a glazed wall cupboard. There is a separate utility room with a stainless steel sink, washing machine and a door to the outside.
