" An extremely well presented detached four bedroom family home with attractive brick elevations in the Neo Georgian style. The property has been altered and extended to provide comfortable and easy accommodation across two floors and is ideal for a growing family. The house boasts replacements character style windows, a modern fitted kitchen and bathrooms. The property has a light airy feel throughout with pleasant aspects on both front and rear elevations. In all a charming home situated in a private cul-de-sac not far from the village centre of Churt.

Situation
The house is situated within 1/4 of a mile of Churt village centre which offers local shops, church, school and an inn and is surrounded by many miles of open countryside, much of which is under the ownership of the National Trust, including Frensham Ponds and Commons and The Devils Punchbowl at Hindhead, which provides excellent opportunities for walking and riding. There are several golf courses within a short drive including Hankley Common, Hindhead and Liphook and there is sailing at Frensham Great Pond. A bus service connects the towns of Farnham and Haslemere both of which offer a comprehensive range of shopping, cultural and leisure facilities as well as frequent train services to Waterloo. There is easy access to the A3 at Hindhead, linking all the major road networks.
