The house is spacious with plenty of character. It's within ready walking distance of the town centre, main train station or university. In a quiet and pleasant street, there are pub/ restaurants and shops nearby, including Waitrose.

The house will probably best suit young professionals, or possibly post-graduate or reasonably mature students.

There is a kitchen/ diner, and also a good-sized living room. There are 4 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, both with bath/shower. The kitchen includes washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. There is gas central heating; the boiler was replaced recently.

There is a nice, low maintenance rear garden. 

The house is in good decorative order, and available either furnished or unfurnished.
