" Sitting in the very heart of the town centre and therefore within a short walk of the eclectic mix of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops that line Guildford's beautiful and historic High Street, this is a fabulous and beauitifully presented Victorian cottage of great charm and character. The house has been superbly maintained by our clients during their time there and with it's neutral, contemporary decor and it's superb finish it is very much a house that represnents the best of both worlds in terms of character and convenience. On the ground floor a very comfortably proportioned, open plan sitting/dining room provides the house with it's principal living space and with a rich and attractive wood floor and fireplaces at both ends this is certainly a room that is very pleasing to the eye. On the back of the house the kitchen is beautifully fitted out with a very comprehensive range of wooden units, a stainless steel hob and oven and wooden worktops and leads through into a very useful utility space with a further range of units, wooden worktops and a door that leads out onto the terrace and garden.
