" This 4 bedroom detached family house sits in one of the best locations in Guildford, close to good schools and a row of local shops including a Post Office. The house requires some updating, has a garage and ample parking for a further 3 cars.

DETAILS Boxgrove Lane is perfectly situated for some of Guildford's finest schooling, including Boxgrove Primary, George Abbot and St. Peter's, as well as the private schools. Number 23, is a well proportioned, detached house, close to a very useful parade of local shops and a regular bus service to and from Guildford.
