" Sitting in the heart of Merrow village within just a short walk of the local shops this is a superbly positioned detached family home of enormous potential. The house has been a very happy and comfortable family home to our clients for some considerable time who will, in many ways, be very sorry to leave but this does present an opportunity for someone to buy a very appealing home in an extremely highly regarded location. Although the house has enormous potential for enlargement it has been beautifully well cared for and maintained by our clients during their time there and would be very easy for an incoming buyer to move into while they decide how, if at all, they would wish to enlarge the house.
