" A superbly presented detached family home in a quiet and much sought after location in Guildford and in the heart of Boxgrove Park with local shops only a few minutes walk from the house including a green grocer, dry cleaners and a 'One Stop' which is open 7 days a week. As is typical with properties of the type, the accommodation is extremely light and airy throughout thanks to large double glazed picture windows in all the principal rooms. On the ground floor there is a generous hallway and off to one side a large sitting room with a central stone open fireplace creating a superb main reception room. Leading from the hall is a large dining room, which is open plan to the kitchen, with windows and doors that overlook the garden.
