" 47 Collingwood Crescent was built in 1965 on this much favoured estate very popular with young families looking for good schooling close-by. The property has been well kept and updated in recent years by our clients who purchased the home in 1985 and raised their family there. In recent years there has been two extensions to the property, dramatically enhancing the accommodation and the way you live in the space. The two extensions are both at the rear of the house creating a large separate dining room and a fantastic family sized kitchen/living area designed by In-toto kitchens. The extension is enhanced even further by the double glazed lantern roof and bi-fold doors opening to a rasied patio terrace and a landscaped garden beyond. This extension also provides a separate utility with space and plumbing for all the white goods and a further range of units and in the hallway a very stylish separate shower room which is fully tiled. The ground floor also comprises a generous entrance hall with a good size sitting room with a large picture window to the front and an attractive fireplace with a real flame gas fitted fire. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all of which are a good size, and a white bathroom with a three piece suite and a thermostatically controlled shower over the bath. Other points worth noting include the replacing of the whole heating system with a new boiler and a hot water pressurised system, underfloor heating to the new kitchen and built-in Neff cooking appliances to include an oven, microwave and a Neff five ring gas burning hob with extractor above.
