" Set within easy walking distance of the Upper High Street and London Road station, this very bright and spacious top floor apartment has the benefit of a garage and off-street parking. It is neutrally decorated throughout and is set within a small but very well maintained development. Access to the building is gained via an entry phone system on the main door of the ground floor, and a tidy communal hallway leads to this apartment, which is located on the second floor (top floor). Inside the flat, the spacious entrance hall that leads to all principle rooms. On the left-hand side is bedroom two which is a large double bedroom with a rear aspect and built-in wardrobes. The rear aspect master bedroom is also a very spacious double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and features an en-suite shower room, which is neutrally decorated and has an added benefit of a window which brings in lots of natural light. Double doors open to a large L-shaped living room/dining room which is open-plan and spacious with two very large windows which bring in plenty of light. There is an archway in the living room that leads directly to the kitchen. The kitchen is bright and modern with a number of white fitted units and contrasting black worktops; there is a Neff 4-ring gas hob and electric oven with an extractor hood over, space and plumbing for a dishwasher and a washing machine.
