Located within a level walk of village amenities and schools, a three bedroom semi-detached house situated on a wide corner plot which offers further potential to extend, subject to the usual consents. Situation
The property is located in the popular village of Burpham approximately 2 miles east of Guildford Town Centre. The property is particularly well placed for good local schools including Burpham Primary School and George Abbot Secondary School.
