" A well presented two bedroom Victorian cottage in a sought after road, close to Guildford High Street, Stoke Park and mainline station. Character features throughout, refitted kitchen and bathroom and cellar. Internal viewing is highly recommended.

DETAILS Originally built in 1898, this Victorian cottage is typical of the type of properties built in Guildford around this time. This particular cottage has been upgraded to include gas central heating and double glazing windows and the original character features retained throughout including stripped wood flooring and fireplaces since our owners occupation. Downstairs, there are two good sized reception rooms, both with fireplaces, a refitted kitchen with a good range of wall and floor units, and a w.c and shower room which also houses the household utilities. The a cellar at the property has not been tanked however there is electricity and heating, and could be converted to provide another reception room subject to building regulations. Upstairs, there are two good sized double bedrooms both with fireplaces, with bedroom one having an en suite bathroom. Outside, the garden has been landscaped, with a decking area ideal for summer entertaining. Internal viewing is highly recommended. "
