" A pretty double fronted detached period cottage constructed of natural Cotswold stone elevations under a tiled roof, situated on the outskirts of Cirencester within the popular residential area of Stratton. The cottage provides three bedroom living accommodation arranged over three floors and retains much charm and character with period features such as the open fireplaces, exposed beams and old wooden stripped internal pine doors. Of particular note are the two comfortable reception rooms both with fireplaces and views over the front garden and to the second floor a lovely master suite with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Situation
Stratton is situated on the Northern side of Cirencester and the area has a village atmosphere with a school, two pubs and shop/post office and is some 1.5 miles from the market place. Cirencester itself is a lovely old market town dominated by the beautiful Parish Church and surrounded by some of the loveliest countryside in the Cotswolds often referred to as the "Capital of the Cotswolds"   It has a comprehensive range of shops, as well as excellent schooling, health care and professional services. Communications are good with access to the M4 motorway via Swindon or the M5 via Stroud and Cheltenham/Gloucester. There are main line rail services from Kemble about 4 miles (Paddington 1 hour and 20 minutes) and Swindon, about 16 miles (Paddington 58 minutes).

Outside
The property is approached from the Gloucester Road via a pair of timber gate which lead to a gravelled car parking area and garaging. A gravelled path leads from the parking area to the front door and the garden which has a south-westerly aspect lies entirely to the front of the property. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with an area of patio abutting the house and bordered by wide well-stocked flower and shrub beds. The retaining walls are natural Cotswold stone and the garden is enclosed to the front by natural Cotswold stone wall with a hedge behind. "
