" Positioned towards the end of this very popular row of cottages and country homes to enjoy expansive views to the rear over undulating countryside and garden, this next to end three storey, two bedroom village retreat is strongly recommended for inspection by those looking for a traditional country home on the edge of one of the most popular villages in the whole of the North Cotswolds.

The property has not only one but two stone fireplaces amplifying the character of the property and, in common with other properties towards this end of Park Road there is a cosy lower ground floor kitchen and dining area which, in this case, leads through a stable door to an attractively landscaped lawned garden and a patio to enjoy the views.

The property has a recently installed gas fired central heating system from a combination boiler, small paned windows and is located on the edge of particularly walks in the surrounding countryside.

The cottage is just over 1/4 mile from the centre of Blockley village with its own village store and tea rooms, primary school, two public houses, two restaurants. Blockley is located midway between the cafe society of Chipping Campden and the more traditional market town of Moreton in Marsh where there are links to London Paddington.

Directions:
From our Moreton in Marsh office turn left and at the second mini roundabout turn right along the A44 continuing through the village of Bourton on the Hill after which turn right sign posted Blockley 1 1/2 miles. When entering the village continue past Lower Brook House on the right hand side and at the following crossroads turn left adjacent to the village green and at the next T junction turn right towards Chipping Campden and into Park Road. This is then the penultimate cottage on the right hand side at the end of the road.
