" SPACIOUS AND WELL PRESENTED FAMILY HOME IN A SOUGHT AFTER COTSWOLD VILLAGE

Broadwell Broadwell is an attractive peaceful Cotswold village with a public house and village green, about 1.5 miles from Stow-on-the-Wold and 3 miles from Moreton-in-Marsh. In the village The Church of St. Paul can be found with part of it's structure dating back to 1086 and there is also a Village Hall. A good range of amenities and facilities can be found in Stow on the Wold and Moreton in Marsh approx 3 miles away. There is a local bus service connection with various towns and villages. There are also daily main line train services from Moreton in Marsh and Kingham to London Paddington via Oxford. Other local and main centres within easy reach include Chipping Norton (8 miles) and Oxford (26 miles). 24 The Leasows Is a modern property in a fantastic village. The house is finished with neutral decor and a country style having three bedrooms, off road parking and an enclosed and private garden to the rear this property is a fabulous family home with ample living space.
