" Positioned within a select mews environment in a cul de sac location at the end of Fosseway Avenue but only a few hundred yards walk from the centre of this north Cotswold market town, this next to end terrace, two storey, three bedroom town house has the popular pseudo Georgian facade and has been stylishly updated over recent years.

The property now has gas fired central heating from a recently renewed combination boiler, upvc double glazed windows and doors, stylishly modern fitted kitchen with an integrated dishwasher, modern shower room suite and an all important single storey extension to the rear which incorporates a ground floor cloakroom which doubles as the utility room and which the owners have aptly named the "lootility".

The property retains the original parquet flooring to the hallway and the whole of the living room from which a French door leads onto the enclosed south facing rear garden and patio taking full advantage of the sun most of the day.

The property is therefore ideal for couples looking for a quiet location and easy pedestrian access to the town centre or for those looking for a property for investment purposes.

Fosseway Avenue is positioned to the south of Moreton in Marsh with pedestrian access to the town centre being gained from the end of the avenue where there is a pathway to the side of some allotments leading to St David's church through the Old Town to the High Street where there are a wide range of shops and amenities, pubs and hotels, two primary schools and the town is within the catchment area of Chipping Campden secondary school. More importantly the town has its own railway station with links to Oxford and London Paddington.
