" Located in a quiet cul-de-sac off Bafford Approach, this property is a three bedroom chalet style family home featuring an extended sitting room, extended and recently re-fitted kitchen/breakfast room, useful utility area as well as a downstairs WC and shower room. Enter via Upvc entrance door to the entrance hall with stairs off to the first floor. The spacious sitting room has Upvc windows to the rear and side.
