" Located in the ever popular Beeches location of Charlton Kings is this classic 1950s three bedroom semi detached property. It briefly comprises a sitting room, dining room, conservatory, kitchen, garage and garden. To the front of the property is a brick pavia driveway leading down the side of the house, providing parking for three to four cars. Entrance via front door to the porch and a further door leads into the hall with stairs to the first floor. The sitting room has a coal effect gas fire with Cotswold stone surround and bay window to the front. The dining room has a gas fire and baxi back boiler.
