" Located in the village of Charlton Kings in the Balcarras catchment, is this four bedroom semi detached property. The property briefly comprises sitting / dining room, kitchen / breakfast room, study area, cloakroom, bathroom and parking. Entrance via a recessed porch with door into the hall with stairs up and door into the sitting / dining room which has a bay window to the front and fireplace with stone surround. The dining area has a window to the rear. There is a dado rail and coving. There is a useful study space with a window to the side and door off to the side passageway, and cloakroom. A door leads into the kitchen / breakfast room which has ample room for a large family table and chairs, and a window to the side. An arch leads through to the modern fitted kitchen with stainless steel sink, built in washing machine, built in dishwasher and built in double Hotpoint oven.
