" A well proportioned 1930's semi detached house situated along this pleasant tree lined road close to the town centre and only a short distance from Cheltenham General Hospital and the Lido. The accommodation comprises entrance hall with stairs to first floor (cupboard under) and stripped wooden doors to all ground floor rooms. The dining room has a front aspect with an original fireplace and the separate sitting room has a double glazed door to the rear garden and also a period fireplace. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level storage units with work surfaces over and inset single drainer stainless steel sink unit. There is plumbing for automatic washing machine and dishwasher and a door leads to the rear garden. Off the first floor landing is an access hatch to loft space, door to bathroom and original stripped wooden doors to three bedrooms, two of which have fireplaces. The bathroom is fitted with a modern suite comprising panelled bath, separate shower cubicle, pedestal wash hand basin and W.C. The walls are fully tiled and the airing cupboard houses the brand new combi boiler. Outside there is off road parking for several cars to the front and side access leads to the rear garden with patio and gravelled area, tree and a shrubbed area.
