" A period, spacious, three bedroom, mid terrace house situated just off the Bath Road shopping area. The accommodation comprising entrance hall with stairs to first floor and doors to the living room and dining room. The living room has a sash window to the front, feature cast iron period style fireplace with gas coal effect fire and tiled inserts. The dining room has French doors to the rear garden, feature cast iron period style fireplace with gas coal effect fire and marble hearth. The kitchen has a double glazed window to the side and comprises a matching range of eye and base level storage units, sink unit, built-in electric double oven, five ring gas hob with filter hood over, appliance space and door to the utility room with door to the cloakroom.
