" PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Charlton Park, this 3 bedroom house is available long term and has been freshly decorated.

At the front of the property there are 2 parking spaces and a garage behind the garage there is an alcove which shelters the front door of the property from the weather.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hallway and bedroom 1 to the right which measures 13‘5‘‘ x 9‘2‘‘ approx. This room has a brand new carpet.

Next to this also off the hallway is the family bathroom. This has a modern white suite with a thermostatic bar mixer shower over the bath. There is also a large towel rail radiator, WC and sink with mirrored cupboard over.

At the end of the hallway is the entrance to the generous living room which measures approx. 13‘10‘‘ x 11‘10‘‘. This room has a wood laminate floor, French doors to the garden and a high ceiling giving a light and airy feel.
